Platinum Employment Advice and Training Ltd is an experienced training provider of employment and skills training programmes. Founded in 2001, we have helped thousands of individuals change their lives by enabling them to achieve qualifications and gain sustainable employment.

Platinum has a long history of delivering training and support services to employers, disadvantaged groups and the long-term unemployed, specialising in helping those individuals furthest away from the labour market develop skills for employment.

We have a dedicated team of professionals who are able to demonstrate sector knowledge and expertise to enable us to offer high-quality accredited qualifications, soft skills and employment training.

Our programmes are funded by Government bodies such as the Education Funding Agency (EFA) and Birmingham City Council and we work in close partnership with Job Centre Plus, in addition to private, public and voluntary sector organisations.

Platinum continues to provide programmes for both young people and adults with a wide range of employment-focused training and development courses leading to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s) at level 2 and 3. In the subject areas of Management, Team Leading, Advice and Guidance, Business Administration and Customer Services. A broad selection of qualifications from the Qualifications Credit Framework from Entry 3 to level 2 are also delivered in the subject areas of Motor Vehicle, Business and Professional Studies, Public Services and Care and Preparation for Life and Work.
